Intentional Leadership

The Ronald Group, LLC was birthed out of many years of studying, researching, and conducting leadership trainings with school districts, higher education institutions, and mission driven organizations. Over the past 20 years, we have found the following statistics to the right to be true. Our solution to building leadership capacity is by leveraging the expertise of those involved in day-to-day work activities. Our thought leaders focus on organizational transformation by unpacking the Pain Points of leadership, developing work teams to improve performance, and integrating leadership development into policy as a sustainable strategic initiative. Our mission at The Ronald Group is to build intentional leaders who transform organizational culture to build capacity, embrace equity, and create a culture of belonging while improving success outcomes for the organization.

We believe thriving communities are surrounded by thriving organizations that promote inclusion and belonging. Our work begins where the goals of organizations and the needs of community intersect. Our primary focus is working with mission driven organizations, school districts, and child protection agencies where success outcomes for children and families are a priority. We believe children are our future and their success is our responsibility. At The Ronald Group, we activate leaders! It is our goal and passion to build intentional leaders who see their work as an extension of community. Through our Contextualized Conversations®️ framework, leadership development and change management strategies, leaders will be equipped to address leadership gaps, disproportionate outcomes, resistance to change, and create a culture of belonging that vibrates into surrounding communities.

Dr. Patrice McClellan is the President and Lead Strategist, affectionately known as Dr. P. She is a nationally recognized leadership expert and often referred to as THE LEADERSHIP COACH. With over 20 years of experience grooming leaders and helping organizations thrive, Dr. P has been preparing leaders in various sectors of higher education, banking, and non-profit organizations.
