Dr. Patrice McClellan

Dr. Patrice McClellan is the President and Lead Strategist, affectionately known as Dr. P. She is a nationally recognized leadership expert and often referred to as THE LEADERSHIP COACH. With over 20 years of experience grooming leaders and helping organizations thrive, Dr. P has been preparing leaders in various sectors of higher education, banking, and non-profit organizations. In addition, Dr. P is a published author on leadership activism and a community advocate. She is most proud of her role with the United Way of Greater Toledo’s African American Leadership Council and her fundraising activity for the Children Defense Fund’s Freedom School housed at the Monroe Street Neighborhood Center.
